• Inquiry & Intake Data: When you submit our diagnostic intake form, we collect your full name, work email address, organization name, chosen engagement category, codebase scale estimate, and description of your architectural challenges.
• Engagement & Technical Metadata: Repository URLs, architecture diagrams, profiling snippets, and correspondence exchanged during the scoping and execution of a Statement of Work.
• Technical Website Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and anonymized interaction metrics collected via technical cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

3. Legal Basis & Purposes for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: To assess your architectural scope, provide customized consulting proposals, execute Statements of Work, and deliver audit reports.

4. Data Retention

We retain intake submissions and business communications for the duration of the commercial relationship plus up to three (3) years following the conclusion of an engagement for legal and accounting compliance. Temporary technical artifacts, such as code analysis caches and repository AST dumps, are permanently destroyed within thirty (30) days following the final debrief workshop unless a longer retention is requested under an active advisory retainer.

Our primary consulting servers and data storage are located in Taiwan and secure cloud providers in the Asia-Pacific region. When data is transferred across borders to collaborate with international clients in Europe, North America, or other jurisdictions, we apply industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) along with strict confidentiality contracts.
